dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na praktickou aplikaci problematiky návratnosti investičních projektů. V práci jsou nejprve shrnovány teoretické poznatky týkající se investičního rozhodování a následně jsou demonstrovány na investicích realizovaných společností ETD Transformátory a.s. Práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení investic, jejich členění i způsoby hodnocení efektivnosti. Vybrané metody hodnocení jsou následně implementovány do specifického prostředí, v němž společnost působí. Analýza návratnosti je provedena především s využitím prosté a diskontované doby návratnosti. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou v poslední části práce diskutovány závěry a shrnuta doporučení pro oblasti možného zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented diploma thesis is focused on practical application of the issues of return analysis of investment projects. Firstly, the theoretical background which is dealt with investment decisions is discussed. After that, the acquired knowledge is demonstrated on concrete investments realized by ETD Transformátory a. s. company. The thesis is concentrated on theoretical delimitation of investments, their classification and also their ways of efficiency evaluation. Then, the selected methods of evaluation are implemented into a specific environment which the company works in. The return analysis is mainly realized by the application of simple and discounted payback period. On the basis of acquired information the conclusions are discussed in the final part of the thesis and simultaneously the suggestions for areas of possible betterment are summarized.en
