dc.description.abstractTématem této práce je srovnání projekce dysestézií u kořenových syndromů dolních končetin. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomii a biomechaniku bederní páteře a přilehlých struktur, etiologii, diagnostiku a léčbu kořenových syndromů. Praktická část zahrnuje kazuistiky a kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníků. Byli vybráni pacienti se dvěma nejčastějšími kořenovými syndromy dolních končetin. Součástí každé kazuistiky je anamnéza, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a léčebné rehabilitační postupy, kde bylo přihlíženo k individuálním potřebám. Data z dotazníků byla zanesena do grafů a tabulek. Současně jsou srovnány zakreslené projekce dysestézií dolních končetin, které jsou shrnuty v závěrečném nákresu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis topic is Comparative study of the projections of disesthesias of spinal nerve root syndrome of legs. The theoretical part consist of anatomy and biomechanics of lumbar spine and related structures, etiology, diagnosis and radiculopathy syndrome therapy. The practical part covers casuistry and quantitative research by questionnaires. The casuistry contains an anamnesis, examination and medical procedures. Two patients were chosen with the most frequent root syndrome. The part of every casuistry is an anamnesis, check in and check out screen and medical rehabilitative procedures, where it was looked on individual needs. The data from the questionnaires were filled to the charts and spreadsheets. At the same time the projections of disesthesias lower limbs are matched and they are summarised on finaly draft.en
