| dc.description.abstract | Moje bakalářská práce je v písemné části zaměřená na sport, kterým je rychlostní kanoistika. V práci bych proto chtěla popsat historii tohoto sportu, především její charakteristiku, rozdělení věkových kategorií a jednotlivých disciplín, kterými je tento sport specifický. V další části bych chtěla popsat její definici rychlostní kanoistiky, přiblížení motoricko-funkčního tréninku a popis možných cvičebních pomůcek potřebných k tomuto tréninku. Mým hlavním cílem je vytvořit interaktivní DVD, které bude obsahovat motoricko-funkční trénink pro dorosteneckou kategorii v rychlostní kanoistice. V praktické části vytvořím seznam cviků, které budou zdokumentovány v podobě fotografií a videí. | cs |

In my bachelor thesis I would like to describe to you the history of this sport and that is the speed canoeing and especially its characteristics, division of age categories and individual disciplines. My main target is to create an interactive DVD that will include motorfunctional training for the youth category in speed canoeing.
