| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce zjišťuje a ověřuje možnosti terapie břišních diastáz u nullipar, neboli žen, které dosud nerodily. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a funkci břišních svalů, dále hluboký stabilizační systém páteře a významnost aktivity břišních svalů v souvislosti s ním, specifikuje téma diastázy musculi recti abdominis (DRA) a zabývá se konzervativními možnostmi její terapie. Praktická část se věnuje vyšetření přítomnosti diastázy musculi recti abdominis u nullipar pomocí ultrazvuku, schopnosti provést kontrakci pánevního dna a odebrání dotazníku u probandek. Zabývá se návrhem terapie prostřednictvím vybrané fyzioterapeutické metody, konkrétně akrální koaktivační terapie. Podařilo se prokázat účinnost akrální koaktivační terapie u klientek s diagnostikovanou DRA, což potvrdila i kontrolní skupina probandek bez DRA. Při výstupním měření u této skupiny DRA nevznikla. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis researches and verifies the possibilities of therapy of abdominal diastase in nullipars, i.e. women who have not yet given birth. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and function of abdominal muscles, the deep stabilization system of the spine and the importance of activity of the abdominal muscles in connection with the deep stabilization system. It then goes on to focus on diastasis musculi recti abdominis (DRA) and deals with the conservative possibilities of its therapy. The practical part is devoted to the examination of the presence of diastasis of the rectum abdominis in nullipar by ultrasound, the ability to perform pelvic floor contraction and to fill in a questionnaire with the subjects. This part also suggests therapy through selected physiotherapeutic methods, namely acral coactivation therapy. There was ground to prove the effectiveness of acral coactivation therapy in patients diagnosed with DRA, which was also confirmed by a control group of clients without DRA.
