dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá teorií kritické veřejnosti, veřejnými sférami a problematikou zdrojů legitimity vlády v Evropské unii. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se utvářejí evropské veřejné sféry a jaká infrastruktura je potřebná k tomu, aby dokázaly plnit požadovanou kritickou roli i přes absenci společného evropského jazyka, společných médií a identity. V první části se práce věnuje normativním aspektům legitimity vlády, ideálnímu typu veřejnosti a možnostem transnacionalizace veřejných sfér. Druhá část se zaměřuje na otázky tvorby politické identity občanů Evropské unie, tvorby kolektivních identit a na koncept aktivní hranice, který umožňuje kooperaci a toleranci mezi rozmanitými národy. Obě části jsou propojeny za pomoci modelu deliberativní demokracie, diskurzivní etiky a mediální publicity.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis deals with critical theory, the public spheres and the issues of legitimacy of power in the European Union. The objective of the thesis is to determine how European public spheres are formed and what kind of infrastructure is necessary for them to function in the required manner to fulfil their critical role despite the absence of common language, mass media and identity. The first section addresses the normative aspects of the legitimacy of governance, the ideal type of public and the possibility of the transnationalizing of the public spheres. The second section deals with the question of the creation of political identity of the citizens of the European Union, collective identities and the concept of an active border which makes cooperation and tolerance among the diversity of nations possible. Both sections are closely coordinated with the model of deliberative democracy, the principles of discursive theory and the mediation of political debates.en
