dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na nákladový controlling. Je zde definován pojem controlling v obecném vyjádření, který je dále konkretizován se zaměřením na nákladový controlling. V práci jsou definovány cíle controllingu, funkce, pozice controllera a začlenění controllingu do podnikového systému. Pro správné pochopení důležitosti nákladového controllingu a jeho náplně se práce zaměřuje také na analýzu nákladů z hlediska jejich pojetí, různých klasifikací a dále se zaměřuje na techniky řízení nákladů - rozpočty a kalkulace. Práce také diskutuje vztah manažerského účetnictví, controllingu a managementu. Teoretická východiska jsou aplikována na konkrétním podniku, kde je na základě analýzy prostředí, finanční výkonnosti a controllingových aktivit firmy vyhodnocena efektivita prováděných controllingových činností a jsou formulována doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis dissertation is specialized in cost controlling. There is a general definition of controlling which is subsequently specified on cost controlling. After that there are definitions of controlling goals, roles, personality of controller and the interaction of controlling to a company system. This dissertation is also oriented to analysis of costs for correct understanding of the importance of the cost controlling and its contents. Costs are researched by points of view of their conception and various classifications. There are also described methods of cost managing budgets and calculations. The dissertation also discusses a relationship between managerial accounting, controlling and management. The theoretical basis is applied to a concrete enterprise. There is evaluated effectiveness of executing controlling activities based on surrounding analysis, financial productivity and controlling activities practising in the enterprise. At the end there are formulated recommendations for the enterprise.en
