Zpočátku se práce soustředí na vymezení potřebných pojmů z oblasti personalistiky, následně se práce zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku a historii Policie České republiky a také samotnou analýzu jednotlivých personálních procesů uvnitř této organizace. | cs |
