dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci se na následujících stránkách seznámíme s pojmy, jako je parazit a hostitel a také bude popsáno, jaký mezi sebou mají vztah. Další kapitola bakalářské práce seznamuje s endoparazity a jejich nejčastějšími zástupci, kteří se vyskytují u psů. Po ní následuje kapitola o ektoparazitech, kde jsou popsáni nejčastěji se vyskytující ektoparazité v našich podmínkách. V další kapitole se zabýváme parazitárními onemocněními s možným přenosem na člověka. Důležitým bodem je také laboratorní diagnostika, ve které jsou jmenovány nejběžnější typy vyšetřovaných biologických materiálů a používané laboratorní metody. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části se věnuje terapii a prevenci parazitóz u psů. Praktická část se zabývá mnou používanými laboratorními metodami a výsledky provedených vyšetření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented bachelor thesis deals with the terms such as a parasite or a host and subsequently it describes the relationship between these two organisms. The following part of this bachelor thesis is concerned with endoparasites and their representatives which are often found in dogs. The next chapter is focused on ectoparasites and it names the ectoparasites which are the most frequently occurred in the Czech Republic. The subsequent chapter characterizes the parasitic diseases that are transferred to human. Laboratory diagnostics also belongs to the important part of this bachelor thesis in which there are explained ordinary kinds of researched biological materials and used laboratory methods. The last chapter of theoretical part explores a therapy and a prophylaxis of parasitoses in dogs. The practical part deals with the laboratory methods which the author used and with the results of executed examinations.en
