dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá vývojem notářství v letech 1945-1989 se zaměřením na region Strakonicka, konkrétně na města Blatná a Strakonice. Cílem práce je analyzovat postupnou transformaci notářství ze svobodného povolání na státní úřad a zmapovat změny v jeho organizaci a agendě pod vlivem politických změn po roce 1948. Text vychází z dosud nezpracovaných archivních pramenů uložených ve Státním okresním archivu Strakonice. Významnou část práce tvoří představení vybraných osobností z řad notářů, kteří v daném období v regionu působili. Práce rovněž nastiňuje návrat k modelu soukromého notářství po roce 1989.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis examines the development of the notary system between 1945 and 1989, focusing on the Strakonice region, specifically the towns of Blatná and Strakonice. The aim of the work is to analyze the gradual transformation of the notary profession from a private practice into a state office and to map the changes in its organization and agenda under the influence of political shifts after 1948. The text is based on previously unprocessed archival sources stored in the State District Archive in Strakonice. A significant part of the thesis presents selected personalities among the notaries who practiced in the region during the given period. The thesis also outlines the return to the private notary model after 1989.en
