dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem diplomové práce nesoucí název "Vliv Evropské Unie na suverenitu státu" je pozorování dvou základních pohledů na samotnou suverenitu, pohledů vnitrostátních a pohledů evropských. Diplomová práce si neklade za cíl vyřešit právní a politický problém, nýbrž nastínit možný postup k ideální kooperaci vnitrostátního právního řádu s právem evropským.cs
