dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se v první části zabývá vznikem a historií leasingu, který dále obecně vymezuje a jmenuje jeho jednotlivé druhy. V další části se pak práce věnuje vzniku a ukončení leasingové smlouvy, jejímu zajištění a všeobecným leasingovým podmínkám. Závěrečné kapitoly pohlíží na leasingovou smlouvu v insolvenčním řízení a leasing v době hospodářské krize.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn its first part, my thesis deals with the origin and history of leasing which is further defined and discussed in terms of its respective types. The following part of the thesis is devoted to creation, termination and security of the leasing agreement as well as general leasing terms & conditions. Final chapters describe the leasing agreement during insolvency proceedings and outline the concept of leasing in times of economic crisis.en
