dc.description.abstractDlouhodobě představují celosvětově nádory plic vzhledem ke své agresivitě závažný medicínský problém. Česká republika se bohužel řadí ve výskytu plicní malignity na jedno z předních míst na světě. V ČR je rakovina plic u mužů nejčastějším nádorovým onemocněním, u žen třetím nejčastějším. Z historického hlediska ženy v tomto směru statisticky muže rychle dohánějí. Je to dáno především větší oblibou nikotinismu u žen než například před padesáti lety. Ročně je v ČR nově diagnostikováno přibližně 6500 pacientů a 5500 pacientů na plicní nádor zemře. V tomto směru je malobuněčný typ rakoviny nejzákeřnější a zaujímá asi 20% všech plicních nádorů. Ve své bakalářské práci popisuji problematiku ošetřovatelské péče a roli sestry v souvislosti s péčí o pacienta, zahájením a průběhu léčby a ev. jejími nežádoucími účinky, komplikacemi a reakcemi na změny pacientových nálad, změn zdravotního stavu i s ohledem na průběh choroby.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedLung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths worldwide in both men and women and due to their agressiveness become a serious medical problem. Czech Republic, unfortunately, lies in the incidence of lung cancer in one of the leading places in the world. The lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer mortality in men and 3rd cause of mortality in women in the Czech Republic. From the historical point of view the women are statistically just behind the men. The reason is in growing popularity of nicotine in women nowdays comparing to fifty years ago. There are approximately 6500 newly diagnosed patients per year in the Czech Republic and about 5500 patients dies for the lung cancer in one year. The small cell lung carcinoma is the most insidious type of lung cuncer and occupies about 20% of all lung tumors. In my bachelor thesis I focus on nursing care and the nurses role in the care of patient with lung cancer, in the begining of the diagnose and start of the treatment, during the treatment ( including dealing with drug side effects, complications) and focus on the psychical changes and changes in the patients health status as the dissease progresses.en
