dc.description.abstractCílem mé bakalářské práce je na základě komparace organizace soudnictví za 1. ČSR a organizace v dnešní době do jisté míry porovnat odlišnosti v obou obdobích. Zejména jsem se soustředila na komparaci ústavního soudnictví. V úvodní kapitole se stručně věnuji postavení soudnictví ve státní moci, přestože je práce především právně-historická, neměla bych teoretickou stránku nechat bez povšimnutí. Dále v práci nalezneme historii vzniku 1. ČSR a ČR, popis organizace soudnictví za 1. ČSR, kde se dozvídáme, že v letech 1918-1938 bylo základní rozdělení soudů ve třech skupinách. Řádné soudnictví, specializované a rozhodčí. Na rozdíl od období první republiky v současné době nemáme takové rozdělení. Pouze se můžeme setkat s označením obecné a zvláštní soudnictví. Ve své práci se také věnuji Nejvyššímu správnímu soudu, porovnání dříve a nyní.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of my thesis is based on the comparison of the organization of the judiciary for the 1st Czechoslovakia and organizations today, to some extent, to compare differences in both periods. In particular, I focused on a comparison of constitutional justice. In the introductory chapter briefly pay attention to the position of the judiciary in the state power, even though the work is mostly legal-historical, theoretical page would not let go unnoticed. Further work can be found in the history of the first Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic, a description of the organization of the judiciary for the 1st Czechoslovakia, where we learn that in 1918-1938 the basic division of the courts in the three groups.
