dc.description.abstractPro předkládanou bakalářskou práci byl stanoven cíl analyzovat dopad pandemie covid-19 na stav demokracie ve Visegrádské čtyřce. V teoretické části jsou řešeny koncepty nazvané zahraniční literaturou jako democracy backsliding, illiberal turn a illiberal swerve. Navazující část rozebírá kritéria pro zmíněné pojmy, která jsou využita v analýze práce. Analýza se zabývá kvalitou demokracie ve státech Visegrádské čtyřky před vypuknutím onemocnění covid-19, ale i během pandemie covid-19. Pro práci je využita komparace států, která zohledňuje odlišnosti, ale i kvality demokracie států Visegrádské čtyřky během stanovených období.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of this bachelor's thesis was to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the quality of democracy in Visegrad four.A concept is solved in the theoretical section of the work called the foreign literature democracy backsliding, an illiberal turn, an illiberal swerve. The subsequent part is about the criteria for the mentioned concepts that are used in the analysis of this work. The analysis follows up on the quality of democracy in states of the Visegrad Group before the outbreak of the COVID-19 illness and during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this bachelor's thesis, a comparison of states is used, which takes into account differences and the quality of democracy in states of the Visegrad Group during determined periods of time.en
