Abstract

Předmětem článku je zhodnocení zásadní judikatury Ústavního soudu za rok 2023. Vybraná rozhodnutí jsou popsána v rámci skutkového stavu, rozhodnutí Ústavního soudu a komentáře autorů, kteří zasazují rozhodnutí do kontextu rozhodovací praxe i názorů právní vědy.

The topic of the article is the evaluation of the fundamental jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court for the year 2023. The selected decisions are described within the framework of the facts, the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the comments of the authors, who place the decisions in the context of decision-making practice and the opinions of jurisprudence.
