dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá determinanty, které ovlivňují psychickou a fyzickou zátěž všeobecných sester na ortopedické klinice. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitoly o oboru ortopedie, specificích ošetřovatelské péče a také o fyziologii a psychologii práce se zaměřením na profesi všeobecná sestra. V praktické části byl použit dotazník vlastní konstrukce doplněný o Meisterův dotazník určený pro všeobecné sestry. Výsledky prokázaly u většiny všeobecných sester psychickou zátěž prvního stupně a fyzicky nejvíce zatěžujícím faktorem byl typ pacienta. Také byl prokázán vliv úrovně psychické a fyzické zátěže na úvahu respondentů týkající se změny v pracovním životě. Výsledky šetření byly prezentovány vedoucím pracovníkům jednotlivých zařízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma paper deals with the determinants which influence both mental and physical load of general nurses at an orthopedic clinic. The theoretical part includes chapters about the field of orthopedics, the specifics of nursing care, physiology and work psychology with the focus on the profession of a general nurse. In the practical part there has been used a specially constructed form, accompanied by the Meister questionnaire, which is meant for general nurses. The results have shown the first degree of mental load at the majority of general nurses where the type of the patient has proved to be the most physically loading factor. At the same time, it has become apparent that the level of mental and physical load has the impact on respondent's reflection about possible changes in their work life. The results of the research have been presented to senior executives of particular organizations.en
