dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je analýza účetní uzávěrky a závěrky konkrétního podniku, kdy výstupem práce bude zhodnocení transformace účetní závěrky, která je prováděna dle ČÚL na IAS/IFRS. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část definuje základní problematiku účetnictví a účetní závěrky dle ČÚL a dle IAS/IFRS. Následná praktická část představuje analyzovaný podnik z hlediska zaměření, efektivity, účetnictví, ale i z hlediska finanční analýzy. Klíčovou kapitolou je účetní uzávěrka a závěrka společnosti, kde jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány do praxe a dochází k transformaci jednotlivých položek. Dále je tedy zobrazena komparace závěrky dle standardů IAS/IFRS a ČÚL. Závěr práce se věnuje zhodnocení a shrnutí celé práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this thesis is to analyze financial statements and statements of a particular enterprise, the outcome of this work will be to evaluate the transformation of the financial statements, which is performed according ČÚL to IAS/IFRS. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic issues of accounting and financial statements in accordance with IAS/IFRS and ČÚL. Subsequent practical part represents the enterprise in terms of the focus, bookkeeping, but also in terms of financial analysis. A key chapter's financial statements and statements of cooperation, where theoretical knowledge is applied in practice and transformation of different articles is applied. Furthermore, it is displayed comparison statements in accordance with IFRS and ČÚL. The conclusion deals with assessment and summary of the whole work.en
