| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje porovnání úrovně ošetřovatelské péče v ambulantním sektoru v Saúdské Arábii a v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zmiňuje o důležitosti multikulturního přístupu v ošetřovatelství. Dále nás informuje o systému zdravotní a ošetřovatelské péče v Saúdské Arábii a u nás. Pomocí indikátorů kvality ošetřovatelské péče popisuje fungování ambulantních sektorů v obou odlišných zemích. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření. | cs |

The bachelor´s thesis is divided into two sections. The theoretical section provides information about importance of multicultural nursing in nursing care. It also mentions the health system and the system of nursing care in Saudi Arabia and in our country.
