dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou neúspěšnosti studentů na vysoké škole. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat problematiku neúspěšnosti studentů vysokých škol v souvislosti s individualitou studenta, motivací, učební strategií, předchozích zkušeností, nedostatkem zájmu a míry angažovanosti. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se věnuje tématům, které úzce souvisejí s problematikou studijní neúspěšnosti na vysoké škole. Představuje kapitoly, které se zabývají českým vysokoškolským systémem, osobnostními předpoklady studentů, adaptací na vysokoškolské prostředí, rozdíly mezi úspěšným a neúspěšným studentem, a nakonec fenoménem nudy. Praktická část představuje výzkumné šetření analýzy příčin neúspěšnosti studentů na vysoké škole, interpretací získaných dan a závěrečných diskusí výzkumného šetření. Metodologie výzkumného šetření byla provedena formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření a pro potřeby výzkumného šetření byly využity nástroje: MSBS a Faktorové neúspěšnosti. Analýza psychometrických charakteristik byla uskutečněna v programu JAPS 0.16.2.0 metodou Deskriptivní statistiky (Descriptive Statistics), metodou Frekvenční statistiky pomocí McDonaldovi omegy a Spearmanovo korelační metodou. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnilo celkem 234 respondentů převážně studujících na Pedagogické fakultě ZČU v Plzni.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the issue of student failure at the university. The aim of the work was to map the issue of failure of university students in connection with the student´s individuality, motiavtion, learning strategy, previous practice, lack of interes for commitment. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical an a pracital part. The theoretical part deals with topics the are closely related to the issue of academic failure at the university. It presents chapters that deal with the Czech higher education system, personal asumptions of students, adaptation to the university environment, the differences between successful and unsuccesssful students, and inally the phenomenon of boredom. The practical part presents a research survey of the analysis of the causes of student failure at the university, the interpretation of the obtained taxes and the final discussions of the research survey. The methology of the research survey was carried out in the form o quantitative questionnaire survey and the following tools were used for the needs of the research survey: MSBS, Factor Failures. The analysis of psychometric characteristics was perfomed in the program JAPS0.16.2.0 using the Descriptive statistics method, te Frequency Statistics method using the McDonald´s omega and the Spearman´s cerrelation method. A total of 234 respondents, mostly studying at the FPE in Pilsen, took part in zhe research survey.en
