dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce, zabývající se kompetencemi mentora odborné praxe, má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodu teoretické části se věnuji vzdělávání všeobecných sester od jeho počátků po současnost. Dále se zabývám praktickou výukou studentů. Ve stručnosti se zmiňuji o ošetřovatelství v souvislosti s pedagogikou. Nakonec se věnuji mentorům klinické praxe. Popisuji historii mentoringu, vzdělávání mentorů, vztah mezi mentorem a studentem a smysl mentoringu a jeho kvalitu. Praktická část je prováděna formou rozhovoru s mentory klinické praxe. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak mentorky přistupují ke své funkci, jak vnímají spolupráci se studenty, zda mají povědomí o svých kompetencích a zda je dodržují.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis, dealing with mentor competencies of professional practice, has two parts: theoretical and practical. In the beginning of the theoretical part I deal with the education of general nurses from its beginnings to the present. I also deal with practical training of students. In brief I mention the nursing in relation to pedagogy. Finally, I deal with mentors of clinical practice. I describe the history of mentoring, the training of mentors, the relationship between the mentor and the student, the sense of mentoring and its quality. The practical part takes the form of an interview with mentors of clinical practice. The aim was to determine how mentors approach to their role, how they perceive cooperation with students, and whether they have knowledge of their competences and if they keep to them.en
