dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku kojení a výživy nedonošených novorozenců. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, v jaké míře jsou matky, které předčasně porodily své dítě, informované o možnostech kojení a výživy nedonošeného novorozence. Teoretická část shrnuje informace o předčasně narozeném novorozenci, o fyziologii laktace a popisuje komplexně kojení. Také se zabývá alternativními metodami krmení nedonošeného novorozence, řeší výživu novorozence obecně, ať už enterální, ale také parenterální a výživu po propuštění z nemocničního prostředí. V neposlední řadě popisuje roli porodní asistentky pracující na oddělení neonatologie. Praktická část zahrnuje výzkumné šetření provedené pomocí dotazníku, kde jsem se zaměřila na informovanost matek předčasně narozených dětí o aspektech kojení a výživy jejich nedonošeného dítěte.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of breastfeeding and nutrition of premature newborns. The main aim was to find out to what extent mothers who have given birth to their premature babies are aware of the possibilities of breastfeeding and nutrition of the premature newborn. The theoretical part summarizes information about the preterm newborn, the physiology of lactation and describes breastfeeding comprehensively. It also discusses alternative methods of feeding the premature newborn, addressing nutrition of the newborn in general, both enteral and parenteral, and nutrition after discharge from the hospital setting. Finally, it describes the role of the midwife working in the neonatology unit. The practical part includes a research investigation carried out by means of a questionnaire, where I focused on the awareness of mothers of premature babies about aspects of breastfeeding and nutrition of their premature baby.en
