dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku umírání v prostředí intenzivní péči. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je nejprve nastíněno prostředí intenzivní medicíny a specifika péče o pacienta na tomto typu oddělení. V další samostatné kapitole je popsán proces umírání včetně péče o umírající pacienty, o jejich příbuzné a péče o zemřelého. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části se věnuje etickým a právním aspektům umírání týkající se intenzivní péče. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vlastní šetření, které mapuje pocity všeobecných sester při péči o umírající pacienty. Výsledky byly zjištěny metodou kvantitativního výzkumu.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the problems of dying and death in the setting the intensive medicine. Thesis consists of two principal parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is first outlined the setting intensive medicine and specifics of patient care in this ward. In the next part is describes the process of dying including care for dying patients, for their family and for care of dead person. The final section of theoretical part is devoted to ethical and legal aspects from setting intenzive medicine. Practical part is focused on own investigation. It examines of feelings of nurse when they caring for dying patients. Results were obtained using quantitative investigation.	en
