| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapie u pacientek po léčbě nemetastatického karcinomu prsu. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit význam individuální fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacientek po parciální resekci prsu pro nemetastatický karcinom. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je blíže popsán karcinom prsu, klinický obraz časného stádia, možnosti léčby a nejčastější komplikace spojené s onkologickou léčbou. Pozornost je věnována také fyzioterapii resp. možnostem, kterými lze u pacientek tyto komplikace ovlivňovat. V praktické části jsou poté vyhodnoceny jednotlivé hypotézy, jejichž cílem bylo zhodnotit vliv fyzioterapeutické intervence. K objektivnímu hodnocení byl v rámci vstupního kineziologického rozboru využit brániční test, test elevace paží a test flexe hlavy a trupu. Hodnocena byla také kvalita života prostřednictvím dotazníku Short-Form 36. Dle klinických symptomů byl u jednotlivých pacientek zvolen individuální fyzioterapeutický plán. Mezi nejčastěji využívané techniky v rámci terapie patřily měkké a mobilizační techniky, komplexní dekongestivní terapie a relaxační techniky. Výsledky ukazují, že většina pacientek trpí vadným držením těla a sníženou kvalitou života, kterou můžeme pomocí fyzioterapie pozitivně ovlivnit. Prostřednictvím komplexní dekongestivní terapie lze redukovat sekundární lymfedém a ošetření hrudních fascií pozitivně ovlivňuje zvýšení hrudní elasticity. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor´s thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy in patients after treatment of non-metastatic breast cancer. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the importance of individual physiotherapy intervention in patients after partial breast resection for non-metastatic cancer. This thesis has a theoretical and practical part.The theoretical part describes breast carcinoma, it´s clinical signs in early stages, treatment options and the most common complications associated with oncological treatment. Attention is also paid to physiotherapy and it´s therapeutical possibilities by which these complications can be in patients influenced. In the practical part, individual hypotheses are then evaluated, the aim of these hypotheses was to evaluate the effect of the physiotherapy intervention. For objective assessment, the diaphragm test, arm elevation test and head and trunk flexion test were used as part of the initial kinesiology analysis. Quality of life was also assessed using the Short-Form 36 questionnaire. According to the clinical symptoms, an individual physiotherapy plan was chosen for each patient. Among the most frequently used techniques, soft tissue and mobilization techniques, complex decongestive therapy and relaxation techniques were used. Results have shown that the majority of patients suffer from poor posture and reduced and reduced quality of life, which can be positively influenced by physiotherapy. Through complex decongestive therapy, secondary lymphedema can be reduced and the myofascial treatment of the chest fascia has a positive effect on increased elasticity of the chest. | en |
