dc.description.abstractV teoretické části bakalářské práce popisujeme anatomii prsu, důležitost samovyšetření prsu, diagnostický screening a zejména možnosti rekonstrukčních operací, kterým se na oddělení věnujeme. Nedílnou součástí tohoto koloběhu je sestra. Sestra edukátorka. Sestra ošetřovatelka. Sestra rádce a přítelkyně. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsme se zaměřili na konkrétní, anonymní pacientky, kde jsme zmapovali nejčastější ošetřovatelské problémy a nezapomínáme na psychickou podporu pacientek. Ve vytvořeném edukačním plánu se věnujeme edukaci v péči o ránu a o jizvy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis we describe the breast anatomy, the importace of the breast self-examination, diagnostic screeming and especially the possibilities of reconstruction operations that we devote at our hospital ward. An integral part of this cycle is the nurse. Nurse as a mentor. Nurse as a sister. Nurse as an adviser and friend. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis we focused on the specific, anonymous patients. We registered the most typical nursing problems and at the same time did not forget about the factor of psychological patients´s support. In the created educational plan we pay attention to learning how to treat the wound and scars.en
