| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce si bere za své vymezit pojem družstva, a jeho základní aspekty vzhledem k jeho činnosti a organizaci a to od samého počátku vzniku až po zrušení, přiblížit základní principy a fungování družstva, jeho konstituci, řešení některých teoretických problémů družstva a shrnout postavení družstva v kontextu obchodních společností před účinností nových kodexů. Prvních 5 kapitol se věnuje družstvu jako takovému, 4 jsou krátkým exkurzem do společností. Závěr je věnován shrnutí a seznamu pramenů. | cs |
