| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce nastiňuje problematiku institucionálního rámce Evropské unie s důrazem kladeným na Evropský parlament, který je jednou z jejích nejvýznamnějších a základních institucí. Práce se mimo jiné zabývá vývojem, složením, pravomocemi, zasedáním a způsobem rozhodování tohoto jediného přímo voleného orgánu. Zároveň je také okrajově sledována proměnlivost institucionální struktury a vzájemné vztahy základních orgánů.
