| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice mentoringu, a to především vztahu sestry mentorky a studenta během odborné praxe. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na oblast mentoringu. Nalezneme zde i kapitoly, které jsou věnovány didaktice ošetřovatelství, všeobecné sestře, komunikaci nebo vzdělávání. Praktická část se skládá z kvalitativního i kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. Obsahuje rozhovory, které se uskutečnily s mentory, a zároveň analyzované dotazníky od studentů. Závěr bakalářské práce poskytuje získané poznatky a nalezneme zde i doporučení pro praxi. | cs |
