| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je reflektovat dopady protipandemických opatření na chod supermarketu. Studie detailně popisuje protipandemická opatření v rámci konkrétní prodejny z pozice prodavače. Zmiňována je mimo jiné i předpandemická situaci, která byla pro chod prodejny rovněž klíčová. Práce je založena na retrospektivním výzkumu, který vychází ze zkušeností autora a také na kvalitativních rozhovorech, které provedl s kolegy zkoumané prodejny. | cs |
