dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na vývoj přístupů v oblastech měření a řízení finanční výkonnosti podniku. První část práce je určena definování pojmů využívaných v diplomové práci. Následně stanovení vybraných ukazatelů využívaných pří řízení finanční výkonnosti podniku. Definované ukazatele jsou následně využity při hodnocení vybraného podnikatelského subjektu, tomu je věnována druhá část práce. Zde dochází k představení podniku a jeho hlavní činnosti. Následně jsou aplikovány vybrané ukazatele a zhodnocena finanční výkonnost podniku. Na základě zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti jsou následně stanovena doporučení pro podnik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is dedicated to the development of approaches in measuring and managing the financial performance of the company. The first part of the thesis is intended to define the terms used in the thesis. Following is the determination of selected indicators used to manage the company's financial performance. The second part of the thesis is devoted to these specific indicators that are then used in the evaluation of the selected business subject. In this chapter the main activities of the subject are presented. Subsequently, selected indicators are applied and the financial performance of the company is assessed. Recommendations based on the financial performance assessment of the company are subsequently presented.en
