dc.description.abstractPředmětem předkládané rigorózní práce je charakteristika modelů správy soudnictví ve vybraných členských státech EU. Zhodnocením těchto modelů a následnou analýzou správy soudnictví v České republice docházím k závěru, že stávající český model správy soudnictví není udržitelný a je třeba ho reformovat. Proto navrhuji model správy soudnictví de lege ferenda, který se do jisté míry inspiruje ostatními modely správy soudnictví v EU, ale zároveň se snaží vyvarovat jejich určitých nedostatků. V rámci této reformy kladu důraz na zřízení tzv. soudní rady, která se spolu s Ministerstvem spravedlnosti bude podílet na správě soudnictví, a také na posílení postavení soudcovských rad při jednotlivých soudech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the submitted rigorosum thesis is to characterize models of judicature administration in the chosen EU member countries. Via the evaluation of these models and the subsequent analysis of the judicature administration in the Czech Republic, I arrive to the conclusion that the current Czech model of judicature administration is no longer sustainable and needs reforming. Therefore I propose the model of judicature administration of de lege ferenda, which is, to a certain extent, an inspiration for other models of judicature administration throughout the EU; however it attempts to avoid certain weaknesses of theirs at the same time. Under this reform I emphasize the establishment of the so called Council for the Judiciary, which will participate together with the Ministry of Justice in judicature administration, and the empowerment of the status of judicial councils in individual courts.en
