dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá databází Smart Points of Interest (SPOI), doplňováním bodů zájmu Point of Interest (POI) do databáze SPOI a návrhem metodiky pro toto doplňování. Návrhu metodiky předcházela rešerše dostupných materiálů zabývajících se databází SPOI a také věcmi souvisejícími jako například Linked data, Open data, standardy a datové sady, atributy a objektové vazby vhodné pro databázi SPOI, datový model, harmonizace dat, jazyk SPARQL a další. Návrh metodiky se zabývá doplňováním bodů do databáze SPOI od jejich ověřování, sběru a získávání, přes evidenci dat až po jejich kontrolu a aktualizaci. Cílem práce tedy bylo navrhnout metodiku pro doplňování bodů do databáze SPOI, která by byla použitelná i pro širokou veřejnost. Její hodnocení je uvedeno v poslední kapitole této práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the Smart Points of Interest database (SPOI), adding new points named Points of Interest (POIs) to the SPOI database and the proposal of the methodology for adding of these points to the SPOI database. The proposal of the methodology was preceded by a literature research of available materials dealing with the SPOI database and related issues such as Linked data, Open data, standards and data sets, annotations and object relations suitable for the SPOI database, data model, data harmonization, SPARQL Query Language and so on. The proposal of the methodology deals with adding new points to the SPOI database. It starts from point's verification, collection and acquisition, through record of data, to their control and update. The aim of this thesis is to propose the methodology for adding new points to the SPOI database which would also be usable for the general public. Its evaluation is stated in the last chapter of this thesis.en
