dc.description.abstractV bakalářské práci se zaměřujeme na ošetřovatelskou péči u pacientů podstupujících fototerapii při psoriáze. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií kůže a popisem jejich vrstev. Psoriázou a jejím dělením, hodnocením, diagnostikou, léčbou a negativními dopady na kvalitu života. Druhy fototerapií, ošetřovatelskou péčí, nežádoucími účinky, kontraindikacemi a popisem zápisu fototerapie do dokumentace. Praktická část je vypracována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu s využitím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo u tří participantů trpících psoriázou rozdílného věku, pohlaví a životního stylu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů podstupujících fototerapii při psoriáze.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on nursing care for patients undergoing phototherapy for psoriasis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the skin and the description of its layers. Furthermore, psoriasis and its classification, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and negative effects on quality of life are detailed. Finally, the types of phototherapy, nursing care, side effects, contraindications and a description of the entry of phototherapy in the documentation is described. The practical part is conducted using qualitative research using a semi-structured interview. The research was carried out on three participants of different ages, genders and lifestyles suffering from psoriasis. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map nursing care for patients undergoing phototherapy for psoriasis.en
