dc.description.abstractPráce se věnuje transformačním procesům vojenských sil členských zemí NATO, přijatých na summitu v roce 2002 v Praze, analýze oficiálních textů a bezpečnostních dokumentů zvolených členů Aliance a tomu, jak je transformace ve zmíněných dokumentech zobrazována a zmiňována. Nejprve jsou chronologicky představeny události, které pražskému summitu předcházely a které měly vliv na formování transformačních programů. Tyto iniciativy jsou následně představeny a je popsán jejich vznik, vývoj či okolnosti jejich fungování. Hlavní náplň práce pak tvoří postupný rozbor jednotlivých strategických dokumentů zmíněných států a jejich analýza z pohledu zmínek a vyobrazení konkrétních transformačních iniciativ. Ta je následně podrobena komparaci, podle níž dospěje autor ke konečnému stanovisku a bude zodpovězena otázka, v jaké míře se pojednávání o vojenské transformaci NATO v bezpečnostních dokumentech jednotlivých států liší a jaký má vojenská transformace a další aktivity NATO pro tyto země význam.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the transformation of NATO's armed forces of the selected Alliance members, adopted at NATO Summit in Prague in 2002 and concerns itself with the analysis of the official texts and security documents of the chosen countries and with the issue of how is the transformation in those documents depicted and mentioned. First of all, the events, leading to the transformation programs and the circumstances in the world that affected their preparation, are chronologically described. After that, these programs are introduced the author mentions their origins, evolution and existence. The central part of the thesis aims at the progressive analysis of the individual national strategic and security documents and at how the particular transformational events are shown and mentioned there. These analysis results in comparison and, based on the results, the author will arrive at the conclusion - in what extent does the depiction of the NATO military transformation differ in the particular strategic texts of the United Stetes, Germany and Czech Republic and of what importance is the NATO's transformation and its other activities to them.en
