dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá ochranou osobnostních práv politiků. Práce obsahuje pět kapitol, přičemž se úvodní kapitoly soustředí na vymezení základních pojmů, rozbor osobnostních práv a jejich právní úpravu na mezinárodní, ústavní i zákonné úrovni. Dále se diplomová práce věnuje zásahům do osobnostních práv a jejich možným podobám. Práce také pojednává o mezích ochrany osobnostních práv politiků a soustředí se i na kolizi osobnostních práv se svobodou projevu. Závěrečnou kapitolu tvoří detailní předložení prostředků ochrany osobnosti z oblasti práva soukromého i veřejného.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the protection of personality rights of politicians. The thesis contains five chapters, with the introductory chapters focusing on the definition of basic concepts, analysis of personality rights and their regulation at the international, constitutional and statutory level. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the interference with personality rights and its possible forms. The thesis also discusses the limits of the protection of personality rights by politicians and focuses on the conflict between personality rights and freedom of expression. The final chapter is a detailed analysis of the means of protection of personality from both private and public law.en
