dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku univerzální a singulární sukcese v souvislosti s dědictvím, včetně s těmito principy spojenými kapitolami. Autor postupoval systematicky, a to popsáním vývoje těchto principů v čase, počínaje právem římským, úpravou ABGB, a Novým občanským zákoníkem. V práci je vymezován pojem univerzální a singulární sukcese, a dalších souvisejících institutů, jako je například hereditas iacens. Práce se taktéž zabývá významem dědické způsobilosti a vzájemnými vztahy mezi osobami odkazovníka a dědice. Práce obsahuje osobní poznatky a občasné porovnání literálních pramenů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the issues of universal and singular succession in relation to inheritance, including chapters associated with these principles. The author proceeded systematically by describing the development of these principles over time, starting with Roman law, continuing through the ABGB regulation, and ending with the New Civil Code. The thesis defines the concept of universal and singular succession, as well as other related institutes, such as hereditas iacens. It also examines the significance of testamentary capacity and the mutual relationships between the testator and heirs. The thesis includes personal insights and occasional comparisons of literary sources.en
