dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou atopického ekzému. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis onemocnění a s tím spojené příčiny vzniku onemocnění, formy, komplikace a možnosti léčby. Zvlášť velká pozornost je věnována poslední kapitole, jenž popisuje edukaci v oblasti životosprávy, životního prostředí a obecných opatření, která je nedílnou součástí terapie a prevence. V praktické části bakalářské práce se ve dvou kazuistikách věnuji anamnéze, průběhu onemocnění, zpracováním ošetřovatelského modelu, ošetřovatelským diagnózám a edukaci. Zjišťuji, v jakých oblastech ekzém znepříjemňuje život a tím negativně ovlivňuje kvalitu jejich života. Kazuistiky porovnávám mezi sebou a s dostupnou literaturou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis is dealing with the issue of atopic eczema. The theoretical part includes a description of the illness associated with the onset of disease, forms of diseases, complications and treatment options. In the last chapter particular attention is paid to describing the education in the area of lifestyle, environment and general measures which is an integral part of therapy and prevention. In the practical part of this Bachelor thesis I pay attention to two case reports to the anamnesis, course of the disease, processing the nursing model, nursing diagnosis and education. I find out in which areas eczema is bothersome and thus adversely affects the quality of their lives. I compare case reports between each other and with available literature.en
