dc.description.abstract-translatedWhistleblowing, representing the reporting of anti-social activity and unfair practices that occur in connection with the work of whistleblowers, is an increasingly frequent topic. The protection of whistleblowers is considered an effective means of combating corruption and other undesirable behaviour that is contrary to the public interest. The article deals with the effectiveness of the protection provided by the whistleblower of anti-social activity, with a focus on entities that are obliged to create effective means for reporting it and protecting the whistleblower. At the same time, the paper points out the shortcomings of the current legal regulation of the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers of Anti-Social Activities and offers proposals de lege ferenda.en
