dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se nazývá "Badeniho jazyková nařízení a jejich dopad na vztahy Čechů a Němců v českých zemích". Práce je psána od revolučních let 1848-1849, kdy národy v Habsburské monarchii začínaly prosazovat své požadavky, dále je zde popsán Bachův absolutistický režim, rozvoj ústavního života a česká pasivní rezistence v 60. letech. Text práce pokračuje historickými skutečnostmi 70. a 80. let, kdy vláda knížete Auersperga politicky znevýhodňovala český národ a vláda hraběte Eduarda Taaffeho si znepřátelila německé etnikum na základě vydání Stremayrových jazykových nařízení v roce 1880, v jejichž důsledku zaujaly německé strany pasivní politický postoj vůči českému sněmu. Stěžejní význam je přikládán 90. létům 19. století, během nichž se jednalo o tzv. punktační plán a byla vydána Badeniho jazyková nařízení, díky kterým národnostní neshody přerostly v konflikt masového měřítka.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis is called "the Badeni language ordinances and its consequences for relationships between Czechs and Germans in the Czech country". The thesis has been written from the years of revolution 1848 1849, when the nations of Habsburg Monarchy had started to urge their requirements. The next part describes the Bach's absolutism, the progress of the constitutional life and the Czech passive resistance in the 60´s. The text of this thesis also treats historical facts of the 70´s and the 80´s, when Prince Adolf of Auersperg´s government was not politically correct for the Czech nation and the government of Count Eduard Taaffe was not also politically correct for the Germans ethnicity because of the edition of the Stremayer language ordinances in 1880. Due to these ordinances, German political parties assumed a passive political posture to the Czech parliament. The highest importance is laid on the 90´s, when the punctuation plan was discussed and the Badeni language ordinances were published, which caused the growth of ethnical misunderstandings to the extent of a mass conflict.en
