dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce, zabývající se problematikou rozvoje venkovských regionů Plzeňského kraje, pomocí obsahové analýzy a následné syntézy představuje v rámci teoretické části vymezení venkovských regionů, jejich rozvojový potenciál i regionální politiku a její vazby na rozvoj venkova. Pomocí dotazníků zaslaných starostům obcí byly zjišťovány konkrétní charakteristiky venkova a jeho problémů v závislosti na sledovaných kritériích i populační velikosti. Pomocí řízeného polostrukturovaného rozhovoru byla nastíněna současná podoba i problémy venkova na česko-německé hranici v oblasti bývalých Sudet, které jsou dodnes charakteristickým územím pro celý Plzeňský kraj. Na závěr práce byly na základě zjištěných problémů nastíněny možné varianty řešení rozvoje venkovských obcí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master's thesis, dealing with the development of rural regions of the Pilsen region, using content analysis and synthesis presents in the theoretical section definition of rural regions, their development potential and regional policy and its connection to rural development. Using questionnaires sent to the mayors of municipalities, specific characteristics of the countryside and its problems were determined, depending on the monitored criteria and population size. With the help of controlled semi-structured interview, the current situation and problems of the countryside on the Czech-German border in the area of the former Sudetenland, which are still a characteristic area for the entire Pilsen region, were presented. At the end of the thesis, based on the identified problems, possible variants of solutions for the development of rural municipalities were presented.en
