dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fungováním oddělení urgentních příjmů v České republice. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis historie těchto oddělení v ČR i ve světě. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé úseky oddělení, tak jak je doporučuje Společnost urgentní medicíny a medicíny katastrof. Rovněž je zde uveden hrubý výčet přístrojové techniky používané na těchto odděleních. Praktická část pak popisuje jednotlivá pracoviště urgentních příjmů v jedenácti Traumacentrech po celé ČR.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the functioning of the emergency department in the Czech Republic. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the history of emergency departments (ED) in the Czech Republic and in the world. This part describes the structure of the ED according to the recommendations of the Czech Society for emergency and disaster medicine. Also a brief list of medical equipment used in these departments is given in the theoretical part. The practical part compares the description of emergency departments in 11 trauma centers in the Czech Republic.	en
