| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifickou péčí o pacienty se sepsí v intenzivní péči. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popisována sepse jako celek, specifika péče o pacienta se sepsí z pohledu NLZP a intenzivní péče. V praktické části práce jsou obsaženy jednotlivé kazuistiky pacientů se sepsí. V této části byla zjišťována specifická péče o pacienty se sepsí, nejčastější příčiny sepse a nejčastější nabírané markery na sepsi. Specifika péče jsou popsána v kapitole diskuze. | cs |

The theoretical part describes sepsis as a whole, the specifics of patient care with sepsis from the point of view of NLZP and intensive care. In this part, specific care for patients with sepsis, the most common causes of sepsis and the most common markers for sepsis were determined.
