dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje edukaci klienta před a po operaci katarakty. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část přináší základní informace o anatomii a fyziologii oka, popisuje kataraktu a její typy, komplikace katarakty. Dále se zabývá perioperačí péčí v ambulantních podmínkách očního pracoviště, rozvíjí pojem edukace všeobecně i se zaměřením na perioperační období u klienta s kataraktou. Zmiňuje se o psychických a fyzických změnách, ke kterým dochází u operovaného klienta. Praktická část je zaměřená na edukaci zdravotníků z pracovišť, kde předpokládám největší procento nemocných s kataraktou. V první fázi byl vytvořen leták jako edukační manuál pro zdravotní sestry. V kvantitativním dotazníkovém šetření byl následně vyhodnocen přínos tohoto letáku.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with education of the patient before and after cataract surgery. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into two sections including theoretical and practical aspects of educating the cataract patient. The theoretical section provides basic information about the anatomy and physiology of the eye, describing cataract and its types and outlining the complications of cataract. It also deals with perioperative care in an outpatient eye department, while developing the concept of generalized education with a focus on the perioperative period in patiens with cataract. It further mentions the mental and physical changes that occur in a post-operative patient. The practical section is focused on the education of health professionals working on units containing the largest percentage of patients with cataract. This education was provided through an educational leaflet manual for nurses. The content of the manual was then evaluated through a quantitative questionnaire survey.	en
