| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí imobilizačních syndromů v domovech pro seniory. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje celkem sedm kapitol. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku stáří a stárnutí, na klasifikaci stáří a změny s tímto obdobím spojené. Seznamuje s mobilitou, syndromem instability s pády, popisuje rizikové faktory pádů a jejich bezpečnostní opatření. Dále shrnuje informace o možnostech aktivizace seniorů, o domovech pro seniory a poskytování sociální péče. V neposlední řadě se také zabývá jednotlivými oblastmi imobilizačního syndromu a jejich prevencí. Praktická část obsahuje zpracované údaje na základě kazuistického šetření. Ty mají ověřit stanovené hypotézy a seznámit s výsledky prováděného výzkumu, který byl zaměřen na soběstačnost a samostatnost klientů při vykonávání denních činností a na možné riziko vzniku pádů v domovech pro seniory. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of my bachelor thesis is the syndrome of immobilization in retirement homes. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical section has seven chapters. It focuses on the characteristics of age and aging, the classification of aging, and the changes connected with this period. It introduces mobility, instability syndrome and falls, and describes the risk factors of falls and security. It also summarizes information about the possibilities to activate seniors and the social services provided by retirement homes. The section concludes by evaluating areas of immobilization syndromes and their prevention. The practical part includes a processed data base on casuistic exploration. It should verify the hypothesis and introduce the research results which were aimed at the self-sufficiency of seniors when doing daily activities and at the possible risks of falls in retirement houses. | en |
