| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem ústavní a přechodné péče na děti do 3 let z pohledu sociálních pracovníků náhradní rodinné péče. Cílem práce je zjistit jaké zkušenosti mají sociální pracovníci náhradní rodinné péče s dětmi, které pobývaly v kojeneckém ústavu a dětmi, které byly v přechodné pěstounské péči. Dílčím cílem je zjistit jaké rozdíly mezi dětmi sociální pracovníci vnímají a s jakými specifiky se setkávají. Teoretická část práce je věnována teoretickému ukotvení na základě odborné literatury a dosavadního vědění. Popisuji zde ústavní péči pro děti do 3 let v České republice a přechodnou pěstounskou péči. Následně se zaměřuji na vlivy obou typů péče na dítě. Dále uvádím možnosti dítěte po opuštění kojeneckého ústavu a popisuji roli sociálních pracovníků náhradní rodinné péče. V praktické části práce pak popisuji průběh výzkumu, použité metody a také etickou stánku výzkumu. Podstatná část je pak věnována interpretaci dat. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of institutional and transitional care on children under 3 years of age from the perspective of social workers in foster care. The aim of the thesis is to find out what experiences social workers in foster care have with children who have stayed in infant institutions and with children who have been in transitional foster care. A secondary objective is to identify the differences between the children perceived by social workers and the specificities they encounter. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to theoretical anchoring based on professional literature and existing knowledge. I describe institutional care for children under 3 years of age in the Czech Republic and transitional foster care. Subsequently, I focus on the influences of both types of care on the child. I also outline the options for a child before leaving the infant institution and describe the role of social workers in foster care. In the practical part of the thesis, I describe the course of the research, the methods used, and the ethical stance of the research. A significant part is then devoted to the interpretation of the data. | en |
