| dc.description.abstract | V bakalářské práci se věnuji ošetřovatelské péči o nemocného s maligním onemocněním pankreatu v domácím prostředí. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části blíže specifikuji samotné onemocnění. Stručně popisuji anatomii pankreatu. Definuji pojem solidní adenokarcinom pankreatu. Zabývám se klinickým obrazem, příčinou a léčbou nemoci. Dále se věnuji ošetřovatelské péči, léčbě bolesti, domácí péči a v neposlední řadě umírání a smrti. V praktické části je již samotná kazuistika, zaměřená na bio-psycho-sociální potřeby, jejíž součástí je ošetřovatelský proces a edukační plán. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Summary: The bachelor´s assessment is dedicated to home nursing of the patient suffering with pancreatic cancer. I tis dividend into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part deals with illness (dinase) itself. Anatomy of the pankreas is briefly described and the notion "solid adenocarcinoma of pancreas" is defined. There are described clinical symptoms, cause and treatment of the illness. The nursing, pain reliéf treatment, home care and last but not least paging away and dech are dealt further. The practical part deals with the Casuistry itself focused on bio-psycho-social needs, which includes nursing process and the educational plan. | en |
