dc.description.abstractLéková závislost je nežádoucím jevem, který se projeví během nebo po dlouhodo-bém užívání léčiv za účelem léčby onemocnění či jejích symptomů. Tato léčiva obecně působí tlumivě na naši centrální nervovou soustavu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je po-rovnat dostupné testy pro vyšetření kognitivních funkcí a zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody testu BEAT. Teoretická část popisuje syndrom závislosti, její vznik a problematiku závislosti v souvislosti dopadu na kognitivní funkce. Obsahuje testy používané ergoterapeuty pro posuzování kognitivních funkcí u skupiny lékově závislých a dále popisuje jejich specifi-ka, výhody a nevýhody. Výzkumná část probíhala využitím tří kognitivních testů: Montrealský, Addenbro-okský kognitivní test a BEAT u pacientů s lékovou závislostí s vedlejším cílem zjistit jaké kognitivní funkce jsou poškozeny a zda se výsledky kognitivních testů mezi sebou liší. Výzkumná část je doplněna dotazníkovým šetřením, za účelem zjistit subjektivní pocity pacienta během testování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDrug dependence is an undesirable phenomenon that manifests itself during or after long-term use of medications for the treatment of diseases or their symptoms. These medicati-ons generally have a suppressive effect on our central nervous system. The aim of this ba-chelor's thesis is to compare available tests for examining cognitive functions and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the BEAT test. The theoretical part describes the dependence syndrome, its origin, and the issue of dependence in connection with the impact on cognitive functions. It includes tests used by occupational therapists to assess cognitive functions in a group of drug-dependent individuals and further describes their specificities, advantages, and disadvantages. The research section was conducted using three cognitive tests: the Montreal Cogniti-ve Assessment, the Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination, and the BEAT in patients with prescription drug dependence with the aim of finding out which cognitive functions are da-maged and whether the results of the cognitive tests differ from each other. The research part is supplemented by a questionnaire survey in order to find out the subjective feelings of the patient during testing.en
