| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kreativním účetnictvím. Toto téma bylo zvoleno z důvodu, že je zajímavé a zatím nepříliš probádané. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části - literární rešerše a empirická část. Literární rešerše rozebírá pojmy týkající se kreativního účetnictví. Jedná se o účetnictví samotné, kreativní účetnictví a jeho metody, stupně, motivy k němu vedoucí ad. Další kapitola popisuje podvodná jednání, která s kreativním účetnictvím úzce souvisí, a další kapitola obsahuje opatření proti kreativnímu účetnictví. Pro splnění cíle bylo uskutečněno dotazníkové šetření. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo zjistit, zda podniky, které se zabývají účetnictvím, se setkávají s kreativním účetnictvím, v jaké formě, jak často a s jakým motivem. Výsledky tohoto šetření obsahuje empirická část. Jako nejčastější podvodné jednání jsou dle respondentů falešné doklady a nejčastějším motivem je placení nižších daní a odvodů. Závěr práce popisuje shrnutí poznatků. V tomto shrnutí jsou obsaženy mj. návrhy nástrojů, které by mohly sloužit jako prevence proti podvodným jednáním. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This Master´s Thesis deals with creative accounting. This topic was chosen because it is interesting and not much explored yet. The Thesis is divided into two parts - a literary research and an empirical part. The literary research analyses concepts related to creative accounting. These are: accounting itself, creative accounting and its methods, levels, the motives leading to it, etc. The next chapter describes fraudulent practices that are closely related to creative accounting, and the following chapter describes measures against creative accounting. A questionnaire survey was conducted to meet the target of the Thesis. The aim of this survey was to find out whether companies engaged in accounting encounter creative accounting, in what form, how often, and what is the motivation. Results of this survey are contained in the empirical part of the Thesis. According to the respondents, false documents are the most common fraud, and the most common motive is to pay lower taxes and levies. The conclusion describes a summary of the findings. This summary contains, among other things, proposals for tools that could serve as a prevention against fraud. | en |
