dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřena na problematiku ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta se zavedeným intravenózním portem. Cílem bakalářské práce je stanovit a určit specifika ošetřovatelské péče a zjistit saturaci potřeb u pacienta se zavedeným intravenózním portem a realizace ošetřovatelského procesu formou kazuistiky. Praktická výzkumná část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces. Informace pro výzkum byly získány z ošetřovatelské dokumentace, pozorováním a rozhovo-ry s pacienty a personálem ORAK B. Klademe si otázku zda, lze komplexně posoudit speci-fika péče a zmapovat saturaci potřeb pacienta se zavedeným intravenózním portem? A je vhodný k posouzení saturace potřeb model V. Hendersonové? Práce by mohla sloužit jako ukázka využití koncepčního modelu V. Hendersonové v ošetřovatelské praxi, která by měly být komplexní a podchytit bio-psycho-sociálně-spirituální oblasti péče o pacienta se zavede-ným intravenózním portem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work is focused on the issue of nursing care for patients with established intravenous port. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine and determine the specifics of nursing care and to determine the saturation of needs in patients with established intravenous port and the implementation of the nursing process in the form of case reports. The practical research part is focused on the nursing process. Information for the research was obtained from nursing documentation, observations and interviews with patients and staff ORAK B. We ask ourselves whether it is possible to comprehensively assess the specifics of care and map the saturation of the needs of patients with established intravenous port? And is V. Henderson's model suitable for assessing the saturation of needs? The work could serve as an example of the use of V. Henderson's conceptual model in nursing practice, which should be complex and capture the bio-psycho-socio-spiritual areas of patient care with an established intravenous port.en
