| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce pojednává o entezopatii loketního kloubu, jinak známé jako ''tenisový loket''. Celá studie je pro přehlednost rozdělena na dvě hlavní části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část studie obsahuje pět kapitol, které se dále dělí na další podkapitoly. Nachází se zde popis anatomie, včetně fyziologicko - patologického úvodu a kineziologie. Zmiňovaná část obsahuje i různé možnosti diagnostikování s následnými terapiemi. Mimo jiné jsou v ní uvedeny možnosti fyzioterapie. Zde se uvádí měkké techniky, fyzikální terapie a alternativní terapie, u kterých jsou rozebrány i jejich účinky. Studie pokračuje praktickou částí, která je zaměřena na rozbor jejich cílů a hypotéz. Důležitou částí byly i kazuistiky čtyř pacientů. Výsledky sledování potvrzují, že po čtyřech týdnech pravidelného cvičení a dodržování zásad došlo ke zvětšení pohyblivosti a snížení bolesti u všech sledovaných pacientů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work deals with entezopathy of elbow joint, otherwise known as '' tennis elbow ''. For understanding is all study divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the study contains five chapters, which are further divided into other subchapters. There is a description of anatomy, including physiological - pathological introduction and kinesiology. This section also includes various diagnostic options with subsequent therapies. Among other things, there are possibilities for physiotherapy. Here are introduced soft techniques, physical therapy and alternative therapies, where are analyzed their effects. The study continues with a practical part which is focuses on the analysis of their goals and hypotheses. Imporatant part were case report of four patients. The results of observation confirm, that after four weeks of regular exercise and compliance of instructions, increased mobility and pain was reduced of all patients. | en |
