| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je "Zdravý životní styl studentů ZČU". Práce je dělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána definice zdraví, zdravého životního stylu, výživových doporučení a vliv pitného režimu, pohybu, stresu a návykových látek na organismus člověka. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky anonymního dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnili vybraní studenti z Fakulty zdravotnických studií a Fakulty pedagogické Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. | cs |
